The appartment itself and the very efficient and quick response and helpful tips from Thomas. Also helped made it possible to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday upon arrival. The resort is fantastic the main pool is gorgeous , not everything is included but worth the money spent especially Pera McKenzie which is a small fee for sunbeds and umbrellas. We visited all the restaurants and almost all the pools. Very happy to have visited. Also watched the most gorgeous sunset from the rooftop on our block through spa. Highly recommend visiting!

A few more pillows would have made sleep more comfortable

The outstanding lobby of reception and gardens in the hotel . I did special requests for Valentine Day and the owner perfectly fulfilled it. It was very nice.

The cleaning fees are not included in the final price and are quite high. The owner called at 8 o’clock in the morning to check if the cash payment was done, which was absolutely unacceptable due to the fact that it was Sunday and the day after Valentine celebration. There’s no bedside lighting and the light in bathroom is very poor for doing make up. There’s actually not enough of soft light in the living room. It didn’t create coziness.
