Net en schoon appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.
Gebouw is mooi, mooie zwembaden, padel, tennisbaan.
Locatie is mooi, aan de rond van de stad aan het strand.
Maar er is niks. De stad is een grote bouwput zonder gasten.
Misschien in 2-5 jaar wordt het wat, maar nu is het totaal sfeerloos.
De restaurants die er zijn, zijn bijna leeg
