1. The place is beautiful. Three big bedrooms with massive, comfortable beds. 2. The location was quiet. It is one street over from the busy markets, but once you are in the riad, you can't hear anything from the outside except the call to prayer. 3. For 20 euros, you can get a driver to pick you up at the airport. He drops you off about a 10 minute walk from the riad, but there is a porter who carts your bags for you. We used that service when we arrived and when we left. 4. Get the breakfast option. It's cheaper than most restaurants and it's quite good. They'll make omelets and other typical Moroccan breakfasts for you (bread, pastries, fruit, etc.). A chef and server come to the home. The chef makes everything fresh and the server carries everything up to the dining room for you. It was fantastic. 5. The host was very responsive when we reached out about anything and offered assistance when we needed it.

Ground floor kitchen and 3rd floor dining room; weird layout but normal for Marrakech. It didn't really matter though because we didn't do any cooking at home. The food in the restaurants was too good to eat in. Truthfully, it wasn't something I disliked; I'm only mentioning it in case someone plans to do a lot of cooking while they are staying here. The open area of the riad did get a bit chilly at night, but there was a massive propane space heater that kept things warm. Little birds (sparrows?) can fly into the riad. Again, this didn't bother me at all, but some people might not like it.

All very good, specially the location and the service of the people involved. I would repeat without question.

The heater lack of power if the temperature outside is low.
