Charmante maison de campagne

We liked everything about our accommodation. This little Air B&B is perfectly situated in the village of Gouzeaucourt. There is an Intermarche close by, a few minutes on foot brings you there, There were two pubs that were easily found, within walking distance also. There are quite a few nice looking restaurants close by also that we didn't get the chance to visit, but our French friends rated them highly. Gouzeaucourt is a really big, sprawling village. I used to live in the Somme Departement many years ago and I know this village quite well. Whilst there, during our recent stay we visited the towns of Peronne, and Albert, the Somme Battlefields, Cambrai City, Amiens and Arras. One of my favourite places to visit is Saint Martins Church in Notre Dame Les Fountaines. I can't wait to return and I want to stay, again, at "Charmante Maison de Campagne." The village of Gouzeaucourt is so peaceful and quiet. The locals treated us with such courtesy, respect and friendliness.

De la simplicité, Une maison propre et équipée Idéal pour mon séjour professionnel à Gouzeaucourt

Wir habe das Haus kurzfristig für einen Zwischenstopp gebucht. Wir nehmen dafür lieber eine Wohnung oder ein Haus. Für uns angenehmer wie jedes Hotel ... vor allem wegen unseren Hund. Der Preis ist auch sehr angemessen. Für einen Zwischenstopp ist das Haus natürlich super geeignet .

Also die Lage direkt an der Straße war uns nicht ganz so bewusst. Die Autos fahren ca. 3m neben dem Bett her und dadurch ist es natürlich sehr laut. Die Kirche die gegenüber steht, gibt sich auch große Mühe einem aus den Schlaf zu holen. Über eine neue Matratze sollte auch mal nachgedacht werden...

La propriétaire et très sympathique et très arrangeante.

Une forte odeur de tabac est présente dans la totalité de l’habitation (logement fumeur visiblement). Isolation phonique peu présente voir pas du tout.
