Great location for us to access Dolní Vítkovice festival grounds. Convenient parking in the garage below the appartment building. Cleanliness. Good size, the studio has balcony, which is nice.
Bed/pillows could be more comfy. No AC in the flat makes it less comfortable in summer.
No outlets next to the bed.
Keys pickup is not directly in the building, so it was a bit less convenient for us to do checkin, but it was overall ok. The owner was really nice on the phone and helped us.

Parkování v kryté garáži. Konečně tvrdší matrace, většina ubytování je má na můj vkus spíše měkké, což mi trochu vadí, ale tady jsme byli spokojení. Sprchový kout jsme také uvítali, pro tento styl ubytování je ideální.
TV s předinstalovanými aplikacemi, které jsme si mohli bez problémů připojit k našim profilům.
Kávovar s kapslemi.
Pračka, žehlička, sušák.
Balkón s výhledem do krajiny.
Venkovní roleta.
Dobrá komunikace s provozovatelem.
Lednička byla trochu hlučnější, což vadilo hlavně v noci.
Postel by mohla být trochu vyšší.
Vedle postele by mohly být noční stolky s el. zásuvkami, ale to není zásadní problém.

Minor issues only, such as slight noise from the surroundings, but nothing that significantly affected the stay.

Тёплый пол по всей квартире очень добавляет уюта в зимнее время, термостат можно настраивать самому, своё парковочное место тоже очень добавляет комфорта, поскольку наверху места ограничены. Хозяйка связалась для уточнения удобного времени проведения уборки. Все необходимые мелочи уже были в номере.
