Ateliér U ŘEKY

The hosts were fantastic - very supportive and always there to answer questions. The apartment was cleaned mid way through the stay which was excellent. The location was great right near the river and easy to get to the tram system which allowed transport all over the city and beyond. I run daily and the access to the river paths and local park was fantastic - a city that is great for running. The apartment was super quiet, safe and very well decorated and super clean. The shower worked really well and the bed was super comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and the hosts Denisa and Jan.

There are no complaints from me on the stay at all.

Perfektně fungovaly kódy pro přístup do ubytování a parkování. Parkování ve dvoře = velké plus. Prostor velmi pěkný se zajímavými designovými prvky = žádná "tuctovka". Vše působilo velmi mile.

The location is great, a few steps away from the old town centre. Close to the bus stops. The apartment is spacious and clean.

We had a very pleasant stay — everything was great overall. The only issue was the toilet system, which uses a macerator (waste grinder). It’s quite an unusual and rare solution we hadn’t encountered before. Even a single wet wipe can cause a blockage and it happened in our case. The toilet required repair (around 4000 CZK), which we of course covered. The owners were very kind and reacted immediately, arranging a plumber. However, it would be helpful if guests were also verbally informed that there is a macerator and that absolutely nothing (not even wipes) should be thrown into the toilet, only a small amount of toilet paper is acceptable. The macerator is also quite loud, but apart from that, everything was excellent!
