L'emplacement et globalement l'appartement
Problèmes importants : le digicode de l'entrée de l'appartement a dysfonctionné. J'ai appelé la permanence on m'a raccroché au nez ! La cheminée électrique ne fonctionnait pas, le support de la douche est cassé, pas de saladier dans l'appartement , Bruit d'écoulement des gouttières qui sont bouchees donc l'eau passe par dessus et toutes les nuits et journées les gouttes tombent sur la partie des fenêtres bruit important Le radiateur d'une des chambres d'une fonctionnent pas Donc beaucoup de choses anormales compte tenu du prix et j'attends de Booking un geste commercial car je suis cliente.

Super Lage, sehr zentral, Parkplatz 500m mit Parkkarte zum kostenlosen parken, moderne Einrichtung
Leider dreckige Wohnung, der Fußboden hat noch nie einen Wischmob gesehen, unter der Kaffeemaschine gab es Kaffeeflecken, die Seifenspender waren leider auch dreckig, Toilettenpapier gab es nur drei kleine Rollen für 7 Personen für 3 Tage, 6 Handtücher für 7 gebuchte Personen

Großes Appartment mit 3 Bädern am Rande der Metzet Altstadt
Sehr großes gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit direktem Zugang zur Altstadt von Metz. Moderne Bäder, großer Tisch und Sitzgelegenheit
Ausstattung war leider falsch beschrieben, statt Klimaanlage nur Ventilatoren. Angeblich ändert booking das ab. Bei heißen Temperaturen wird es schwierig zumal die Fenster dreckig sind und entsprechend Dreck in die Wohnung kommt. Fußsohlen waren schwarz. Sofa war leider nicht gereinigt. Ärgerlich auch das Thema Parken. Auf Anfrage vorab wurde eine andere Tiefgarage genannt. Als wir dann im Apartment waren hing dort eine Parkkarte für indigo. Die nächste Tiefgarage Republique ist 5 Minuten weg. Das könnte besser geschrieben werden und würde einem den Ärger danach mit Rückerstattung der Parkgebühr ersparen.
