We really enjoyed our stay at Bali Palms Resort. The pool is very large and has easy access, making it perfect for relaxing and swimming throughout the day. Plenty of day beds around pool and facing the sea. The room was clean and having cooking facilities was very convenient. The location is great as well, with plenty of cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. Resort does have a restaurant and bar, but prices are cheaper elsewhere. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Owner upgraded us to larger seaside upstairs apartment, due to renovation from flood damage taking longer than expected
Enjoyed live music at pool side restaurant
Swimming pool superb (large size and clean)
Our unit spacious (due to upgrade)
Handy taxi to Virgin beach
Excellent warungs nearby (particularly Budi, New Queen, Bintang)
Kitchen had bare minimum of equipment
17 steps a bit precarious
Very busy road outside (but road noise minimal)
