The location was excellent - very picturesque. The home was quite clean and had pretty much everything we needed. It was good value for money and good to be able to rent it for one night only.

Two of the three beds were made up with only one sheet and a blanket/comforter. As it was an exceedingly hot night and the property has no flyscreens and signs everywhere not to open the windows or french doors, we had to sleep with overhead fans on - which meant two people had to sleep on the mattress protectors, as they needed a top sheet (blanket/comforter too hot!). The instructions sent for the oven didn't match the oven, so we couldn't figure out how to operate it. The road in, though not long, is very rough and needs to be graded - more suited to 4WD than an ordinary vehicle. When I complained about the beds, I was told we should have reported it on the day....I'm not sure how they expected us to do that as we discovered it going to bed at midnight...or what they would have done with it! Also, although the property sleeps up to four, there is only a lounge to fit two people - so anyone else has to sit on a hard dining chair .
