It was just a few minutes walk from the Shakespeare Festival, which was awesome. But I also loved the house, back patio, big shade trees, garden area, and classic small-town neighborhood. The house feels like the 50s and I'm so glad the owners haven't "up-dated" it because it is very cool the way it is. There were a few problems when we first arrived, but I won't even describe what those were because the owners were very quick to respond and generous in ameliorating the issues.
