This was a nice property as a basecamp for hiking Kolob Canyon and was reasonably close to SUU.

The TV service was a bit difficult to figure out but that was the biggest problem we had, it worked but just wasn't that easy for us to figure out. The basement where the TV was was a little cold too

Big home but not very clean, disappointing stay vs what is stated online. Master bathroom and shower were very dirty. Overall, the house can use good cleaning and repairs to the lighting and new carpet.
