Great location, with many restaurants, izakayas, convenience stores and a supermarket within 4 minutes of walking. We also enjoyed that the location is some distance from the busy part of city center and yet with easy access to the train / subway station (3-4 mins). The entire apartment is clean and nicely renovated, equipped with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms (floor 1 and 3) with bidet system, bathtub, full kitchen, fridge, and laundry (washer and hang dry your clothes on the third floor balcony). Air conditioners are installed in all 4 bedrooms plus living room, and worked really well for the summer weather. One note, in order to use hot water for showering, one must push the button on the top right corner of the hot water control panel above the bathtub. Once we figured that out, our stay was perfect.

広くて、綺麗でよかった！

鍵の場所が分からなくて電話したらカタコトの人が出て説明も分かりにくく30分待たされた しかも最終的にそこのスタッフではなくなぜ違う人の番号がかかれてるのか分からない それ以外は良かったです。

第一天，我就從三樓下來的樓梯跌下來，因為1~2樓的樓梯深度，與2~3樓的樓梯深度不同，還好沒重傷，手臂與肋骨瘀傷，以及，我一開始要入住時，發現取鑰匙的方式，竟然是蓋子要上下開，而不是前後開，讓我們全家在門口卡了10分鐘有了，但還好房主有耐心的回覆，讓我終於找到方法來取得鑰匙，整體房間都很不錯，該有的東西都有，不過洗碗粉，是我們最後幾天才發現是放在1樓浴室的備品櫃中，以及餐具的形狀，並不太對應洗碗機的架子，三樓靠前的房間，冷氣能力不太足，但整體來說，房間大小適中，床鋪非常非常非常好睡，小孩都喜歡，附近有很便宜的停車場，下午5點~隔天早上10點，才JPY400，附近也有Family mart與Lawson，可惜Anfre的規模並不是很大，如果附近開了家Life，就完美了，附近的地鐵站，甚至可以搭Shimakaze，燒肉一條街就在附近，韓國街也是，但個人不推蔘雞湯，男生鐵定吃不飽，韓式燒肉太肥，個人不推，房門的垃圾桶，要分類好，裝袋後，再丟到垃圾桶內，不過有時候收垃圾的人會沒收走，這讓我覺得，收垃圾的車子，是不是有什麼特別的規律？整體上來說，我給這次住宿9分，1樓一個房間+一個廁所以及浴室也在1樓，2樓一個房間，3樓兩個房間+一個廁所，網路有2..4G+5G WIFI，不過在日本的網路，個人覺得品質就.....那個樣，沒有特別好的感覺，有可能我常常看的網站並不是日本的DNS，這次運氣也不錯，竟然就在門口遇到下雪，真的是意外之喜

房間地板的確不是很乾淨，可能前一個住宿後的清潔，沒做到床底清潔的程度，我看其他的評論也是類似，但整體來說，的確非常好，另外，這真的有100m2的大小嗎？？？？若住滿8個人，客廳的沙發並不適合8個人坐，4個人坐就已經很滿了，尤其是沙發軟墊不是很好
