The apartment was very spacious, which worked perfectly for me and my two teenage boys to have our own space. The beds were comfortable, and the property was clean. A helpful handbook was provided, which made it easier to figure things out.

That said, there were a few downsides. Despite the handbook, I couldn’t get the hot water in the kitchen to work. Most of the cupboards were marked “staff only,” so we ended up keeping our clothes and suitcases in the living area, which wasn’t very convenient. The shower was also in a very unusual location (off the kitchen), which I didn’t even notice at first. The biggest issue was the booking and payment process — a confusing debit before arrival that was never properly explained by either Booking.com or the host. It did eventually sort itself out, but it caused unnecessary stress in the lead-up. The location was about a 15-minute walk to the nearest train, which I personally found frustrating (though I acknowledge that was my own oversight in not researching better). Overall, the stay was comfortable once we were the re, but the lead-up and some of the apartment’s quirks kept it from being a smoother experience.

Easy to get to from the train station. Everything was clean and tidy. Living room with sofa and fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine was great and the area at the back was perfect for drying.

Two bedrooms linked together. Fine for family, but maybe not for friends. Shower room next to the kitchen (not a major problem as we closed off the kitchen while anyone used the shower)

Location was great. A nice walk from the train station with excellent directions from owner. We were able to walk through the markets which was perfect. The apartment was large and let us all spread out. It was clean and lovely. This is a traditional Japanese home with tatami rooms. Each room had its own air conditioner and heater. The shower room was fun. I especially liked that there were 2 toilet rooms, and that the sink, toilets and shower were all separate. No one had to wait. Loved the location and how responsive the owner was. Definitely will stay here again. I will bring card games for the family next time during the quiet times.

The one thing I didn't like was that the one bedroom didn't have curtains to block out the street lights. It was too bright for me so I moved to the other bedroom.

it was a big house with plenty of rooms to store our stuffs. nice for a short stay

the house seems to be for kids. there were no spoons, chopsticks, knifes, scissors, forks. everything provided are for kids and babies. we ate using baby utensils. its next to a big street and every night ambulance can be heard. sleeping is not peaceful at all. the location is also quite far from the station. its 15-20 minutes of walk. Convenient stores are also far.
