great location, house was clean and comfortable.
Very disappointed that their was no parking disc for the united match days, we had to move our car to a local pub car park which cost us £15.00 felt that should have been made clear at the time of booking.
The front and back garden area need a lot of attention, broken items in the front garden need to be removed to the tip. Front and Back garden very much in need of a good clean up/weed.

Such a beautiful house beautifully decorated.
3 spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, soft fluffy towels, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms with showers in both and downstairs had a bath. Kitchen was well equipt with dishwasher, aga, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, air fryer, kettle, massive fridge freezer.
Tvs in 2 bedrooms, big screen in living room.
5 of us stayed and it was perfect.
Great communication from owners.
It was perfect for our weekend stay for Manchester Marathon.
Shop at end of road to get any essentials.
It was brilliant. It was ideal for what we needed.

It was a good size property. Local to the cricket ground and local amenities.
It was a little dated, but just needs touching up, but this might just me being picky.
