Comfortable apartment for a good price; major construction ongoing at street level.

The property was clean, it had everything we needed. 3 comfortable bedrooms (with AC) and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had a shower while the other had only a jacuzzi tub. Kitchen was spacious and had all the basic stuff to cook if needed.

Location was difficult to find. The Main Street where the house is located is undergoing major construction. The video provided for entering was not too helpful in term of how to locate the property. Our main problem was that We had no water for almost 24 hours… After several hours of trying to figure out what was going on, the landlord said this was due to the construction and that they had no control over that.

Het appartement was goed uitgerust qua kookgerei., maar geen scherp mes. De waterkoker kreeg het water niet aan de kook. Leuk terras met uitzicht. Contact met verhuurfirma ging vlot met berichten (Whatsapp)

Een goed appartement in de zomer, maar inde winter veel te koud en vochtig. Er was aircoverwarming, maar die kreeg de woning niet warm. Geen verwarming in de keuken. Onvoldoende verluchting in de badkamer voor het gebruik van het bad. Door elektriciteitspanne (2x) in de straat werkte het slot van de voordeur niet. De deur kon van binnenuit niet met een sleutel noch klink geopend worden.
