The breakfast was delicious and has sooooo many kinds. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean.
The location is not very good. A bit to far to city center or view points. You have to take taxi to everywhere, basically.

Everything was excellent — the room, location, cleanliness, and breakfast. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

overall property , staff and services was amazing, they were very friendly and helping to next level. anything you might ask they will try their best to make it happen
only thing lacking was that there is no lift in hotel so you have to carry all stuff to the floor of your room, so make sure that either you take ground floor, but still resturant is on 3rd floor.

The two-bedroom apartment was excellent value for money. The staff were exceptionally helpful with organising tours and train tickets. They organised a bread-making session at a local bakery and Seven Lakes tour through Islam and his team. Islam had both experiences organised brilliantly with English-speaking guides.
The shower didn’t drain properly and the water leaked out into the bathroom but as soon as we alerted staff they fixed it immediately.
