Excellent hotel, clean and nice. The staff is fantastic, the young man of night shift and Eldor helped us a lot during our stay.

The staff was super kind and helpful, there were plenty of towels, the spaces were new and very clean. The AC was perfectly working and also the breakfast deserves a mention, since it was amazing. The hotel is a 15 walk to the gur-emir mausoleum, making it an extremely convenient place to stay.

Přijeli jsme v době, kdy v Uzbekistánu nebyla sezóna a tak jsme první noc byli dokonce jedinými hosty. Přesto bylo všechno vzorně připraveno, mohli jsme i večer do bazénu, ráno jsme měli připravenou pěknou snídani, nic nebyl problém. Skvělý bazén!
Trochu nás otravovali mravenci v koupelně. Personál tam umístil nějakou bílou chemikálii, která nám nijak nevadila, protože nepáchla, mravenců pak bylo méně.

Хорошее расположение, рядом бульвар и рестораны. До площади Регистан 18 мин пешком. Останавливались в семейном номере - большой, удобные кровати, матрасы жесткие.
Персонал старается, это заметно. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор не большой.
Был ужасный запах канализации в санузле, напор воды никакой. Ночью запах проникал в номер, если не закрыть дверь в туалет. Спали с открытыми окнами, благо прохладно еще (апрель). Это сильно испортило впечатление об отеле.
Персонал - дети, многое решить не могли. Принимали просьбы, но так и не возвращались с ответами.
