Está a 15 minutos andando de la estación de tren. En pleno centro de Colmar lo que permite moverse andando. Tiene un supermercado a pocos minutos y una panadería a unos pasos más.
Está en una tercera planta sin ascensor con unos escalones muy estrechos. La vivienda no es apta para personas con movilidad reducida o parejas con niños pequeños. La habitación está en la segunda planta con unos escalones bastante estrechos también. Se agradecería que la vivienda tuviera un tostador de pan ya que con el buen que venden es imprescindible.
