二度目の宿泊です 前回ホテルの方の応対が親切でしたので今回もこちらに決めました 今回感じたのはハウスキーパーさんの掃除の念入りさ、フレンドリーさ 一部屋の掃除が丁寧に感じました そしてなんて会話したわけではないのですが親切な対応になんか和みました

Отель расположен недалеко от центра города, номер был чистым и уютным, красивая сантехника . Кровать немного жестковата и скрипит. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный . Персонал доброжелательный. До достопримечательностей ездили на такси.

It's a nice place in the middle of Tashkent. With nice facilities. Clean.

The booking was initially for the one in the center of Tashkent but after some time they tried to put me into a completely different Avant which is like 6km away. I had to contact booking staff otherwise the hotel staff were really not cooperating. The room was ok but the air-conditioning was not working so I had to sleep one night out of the 2 with no air-con. Breakfast was kinda ok-ish but very poorly organized. they don't have nearly enough utensils or cups so they have to wash them by hand and you have to queue to get a cup or a glass or a fork. And now since they are all busy washing cups, they don't have time to clean the tables after the people have done eating. So all in all kinda poor breakfast experience where you have to sit next to a pile dirty plates and try to enjoy that cold fried sausage 😅
