The location. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Transverse is its own town. Walking distance of the city.
The apartment is located on busy street. Far too much nice from people on the street into the early hours. Also nice from apartments directly overtop. Bed were Medicare at best for mattress comfort. Wardrobes extremely old, wardrobe door fell off and hit my daughter, bump to her forehead, it could have been alot worse.
