The apartment is spacious and in a good location.
The cleanliness of the apartment is not at a high level. There are a lot of unnecessary things in the apartment. It looks like as the owner just stepped out and handed over the apartment. For example, there are frozen rolls in the freezer, mugs in the dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner in the middle of the hallway, socks in the drawer, socks under the bed, lots of toys, and school supplies. The kitchen contents are old and mismatched.
The floor in the apartment is old and creaks when walked on.

Super gute Erklärung mit Schlüssel Übergabe. Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Wir konnten uns sehr schnell mit allem was nötig war zurechtfinden. In absoluter Nähe Mini Supermarkt, man kann sagen - direkt vor Haustür, hat uns die Frühstücksorganisation sehr erleichtert.
Etwas veraltete Duchlauferhitzer machte es uns schwer beim Duschen. Eckbadewanne finde ich persönlich unpraktisch. Für duschen gab es kein Vorhang. Kurtaxe Bezahlsystem noch nicht ausgereift.
