The location. It was right in front of Bratislava castle with easy access to the Old Town. (It is quite a climb up to the accommodations from the Old Town).The host was wonderful, personally coming to help us access the property when we had some issues. There was immediate assistance when we struggled with the air conditioning. The apartment is very large and clean with very modern fittings.
We didn't find the wash machine, altho it wasn't necessary. We were not able to figure out how to use microwave/oven thing. A suggestion would be to have English instructions on its operation.

Very spacious and clean room with heaters and free coffee and tea provided. Quiet area and cheap Chinese buffet opposite the hotel. Walking to the old town is very near
