Splendido attico a Roma

Location, cleanliness. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just around the corner.

It's advertised as having a dishwasher and a microwave but does not have either

Elevator only goes to 3rd floor. Room was on 5th floor.

The apartment was huge! Massive to what we were expecting! It was in a great location, was clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The shower in the main bedroom ensuite is tiny but is manageable and had good pressure. There is a large balcony which was nice but the added bonus was access to the rooftop, where we went and watched the sunset with pizza and wine. There's no furniture/chairs, etc so we sat on a blanket but it was perfect!!

Must have WIFI to be able to access the apartment. One of us had roaming so this wasn't an issue but would have been good to have this advised prior to booking. Not everyone has roaming. For the four of us, we had four large suitcases as well as four cabin bags + handbags so it was a bonus having the lift go to the third floor but then carrying the luggage up another two levels was a workout for us. It wasn't as bad as imagined but one of us doesn't do so great with heights so the open wooden stairs at the top was a challenge. We googled the rubbish system so as to know what to put where, some information on this and how to use some of the facilities would have been good (ie. washing machine). There was no drying rack/clothes airer.

The location is great, very handy for public transport to the main sites. The terrace is lovely and it was awesome hearing the opera singers warm up in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole apartment is very stylish. Fantastic to have 2 bathrooms. On arrival we had a minor issue and it was sorted out straight away. Lots of supermarket and food options nearby.

There are a lot of stairs to the flat which was fine for us but bear in mind if you have mobility issues, the lift stops one floor below the entrance to the flat.
