3 Villa Complex

The villa was absolutely beautiful — modern, stylish and very thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was a real highlight, and the outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We had excellent communication with Anastasia, the manager, throughout our stay — always friendly, responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. The villa was clean and well equipped, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches on arrival. The location is also excellent: a short walk from the beach, while supermarket and restaurants are nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

The villa is modern, clean upon arrival, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, and the air conditioning works perfectly on both floors. The bedroom is small but comfortable, while the living room is spacious. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere (we were lucky to have quiet neighbors), the clean swimming pool, and the sea view. A big plus was that the host kindly allowed us a one-hour late check-out, which we really appreciated. There are restaurants and shops within a 5–10 minute walk. We recommend Nosh and Mosa Beach Bar. The property also provides a delivery menu from Gre Cafe. If you rent an ATV, it makes exploring the area much easier.

The main downside was the terrace, which is not protected from the wind. Because of this, it was difficult to relax outside or use the barbecue. It would also be nice to have a housekeeping service during the stay, as there is no cleaning unless you do it yourself. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Although the beach looks very close, it takes about 10–15 minutes to walk to the area with sunbeds. There are cicadas around (the loud insects common in Greece), but we didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes.

Our vacation at Villa No. 1 was absolutely perfect. The villa, with its private pool, was exceptionally clean, bright, and beautifully designed. Despite having neighboring villas, we always felt peaceful and had plenty of privacy. The villa includes weekly housekeeping, as well as regular pool cleaning and maintenance. The Host and staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and efficiently. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.
