Villa Nastazia

VERY NICE GARDEN ! words won’t do it justice.. Within few meters from the beach which is secluded and isolated you feel as if it’s for yourself. Clean water, and very very clear. great for families! hosts are AMAZING . they brought us many gifts and we liked them sooo much . they brought my child a very nice gift. i really cannot forget how warm and welcoming they were !

NOTHING . EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

I liked everything. This villa is situated in an extremely calm place, a little bit far from a road not to see or hear cars and people, at the same time it’s 5 min walking to a beach which is nearly private. There is a nice garden, with a lemon, tangerine and some fig trees and pines, there are a lot of flowers and cicadas are singing all the time. The silence and calmness I liked the most. There is also a big terrace with cosy armchairs. If you like spending time outdoor - you’ll definitely like this villa. It’s quite comfortable inside with everything you need. One of the bedroom with tree beds on the second floor is quite messy, but it was quite ok for us as children just use it for sleeping. You may find nice restaurants in 500 meters, there’s 750 meters from a supermarket (and a very delicious Gelateria “Fredditos”) and the same distance from a pharmacy.

One of my daughter says that the marrasses were not comfortable for her in the bedroom on the first floor, but it depends.

I liked the garden with lot of flowers and private pool. at the evening and night time the garden and terrasse were protected from the wind - I loved to seat in this warm nights and watch the starts while listening the sound of sea. Quite silent area and close to the sea. 2 toilets in the villa (important while more kids) and very well equipped kitchen. in every room the are AC but also possible to sleep with open window (without using AC).

There were couple of things I really didn't like: 1) the shower cabin on second floor. the doors were broken and didn't close correctly + the head of the shower must be held in hand all the time. there was no place on the wall, to where to hang it and to use both hands for washing for example. 2) ants on terrasse. there were living 2 families of them and one of them was very aggressive by pushing into the room. Better cleanness in "hidden" places like in corners etc would give bigger smile of course

This villa has a beautiful garden with lots of flowers. There is also a cozy terrace which is great for having a meal enjoying the garden and glimpses of the sea in the distance. There is a lot of space for parking. Inside the villa, there is a spacious ground floor with a kitchen, and two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped. Although smoking is allowed, there was no hint of smell at all. The villa is a little away from road, which is not at all busy. The place is quiet and calm. The beach is literally within a minute walk. There are lots of other beaches around within a walking distance. If you go along the road to the right (when facing the sea) in 5-10 mins you can get to Kiotari - thera are several taverns and a beach. If you walk to the left there is a big hotel with organized beach. The nearest supermarket is at the crossroad on a main road above, together with souvenir shops. This place is great for quiet, relaxing holidays, combined with occasional exploring the island on a car.
