Pool, security and location. Traffic and road users are awful but the location is so close to everything that you can walk everywhere
Slight noise 24 hours with company across the way and snooker/ billiards. Not unbearable though, people are just inconsiderate

I liked the location of the building and the room was nice and clean.
I was very disappointed that my room did not have hot water. My partner and I had to shower using cold water in this freezing weather. That was disappointing and yet I paid the full amount. Please do better.
