Kein Hotel. Keine Zimmer Reinigung, kein Fernseher, keine Aufhängung für Handtücher, nur 2 Kleiderbügel, kein Kasten. Kein Fön. Kein Lift. Probleme mit Code. Kein Mensch da, nur Telefon. Das soll ein Boutique Hotel sein? Das ist kein Hotel! Nie mehr!

Hübsche Einrichtung, angenehmes Zimmer

Es gab keine Rezeption (Empfang), kein Restaurant (nach der Definition der Dehoga entspricht dies nicht einem Hotel), kein Frühstück. Nichts zu trinken. Sollte man nicht wenigstens Self-checkin angeben?

The position.

Stayed in one room for about one week, the experience was in general bad for many reasons, although the staff was kind: 1. The boiler stopped working for two times, therefore we did not have warm water when needed. 2. The room is in general dark, in contrast to the pictures. 3. The room does not have noise insulation. In the room there was a locked door, which was evidently shared with another room. We got few noisy neighbours, we could even hear their conversations. Some of them tried to open it at times. 4. The bathroom was smelling of drainage 24/7 and the shower flooded easily. 5. The room was not clean: towels had stains and we found rubbish under the bed.
