Etihad Stadium & Coop Arena -Manchester-Free Parking-Fast Wi-Fi

It was very close to Etihad Stadium! Great location when travelling for a concert or a game! Fairly close to the centre, we had time to visit some cool locations close by! We had enough space to park a 9-seater van. And the area is quiet and very nice. Hosts were helpful, and 8 people stayed comfortably.

The bedrooms are a bit small; we didn't have a lot of space to put our luggage, but we were 8 people, and we were still very comfortable.

The accommodation was spacious and was located not far from a bus route that takes you into the City Centre. It was also close to a big supermarket. The area was quiet. The host (Victor) was friendly and responded promptly to our queries. A new stockpot, shampoo and shower gel was dropped-off at the house soon after we contacted them. We were concerned about being accused of marking the kitchen work surface. Victor reassured us that he was already aware of this.

The accommodation stated that there is a fully-equipped kitchen - however, there was no wooden spoons, spatulas etc. to cook with. Although there was a new set of three frying pans - there was no saucepan. There was a stockpot which was really, really rusty. The cutlery draw was hanging off - and, the kitchen work surfaces were quite marked. There is a dishwasher - yet, no dishwasher tablets. Limited cutlery - as we were a party of 5, there was not enough cutlery to use had we used the dishwasher. It was difficult to control the heating in the house. Upstairs was warm / hot - yet, it was cold downstairs. We did manage to eventually resolve this. There was no shampoo in the bathrooms as had been informed by the host.
