Accommodation was very nice. Phone personnel went out of their way to help with reservation glitches, but eventually was well.
Initially commented that climbing stairs is extremely difficult yet reservations completed for third floor, no elevator.
Also, returned after day out..found assigned parking spot occupied, parked elsewhere, and in am found warning notice stuck to rental car window regarding illegal parking. This was not appreciated, especially as no attempt to contact me to move vehicle was attempted. If necessary, would be Very helpful if all parking spots were numbered, with handicap slots also available.
