I have traveled a lot and I never went to a facility/ air BB that did not provide water or a snack. This is in the Caribbean and it’s hot and it was a 3 flights walk up. I would have appreciated at least water upon my arrival and perhaps a list of instructions on the apartment.
PS: it was also difficult to get into the property. I had to wait a good 20 minutes in the heat before I got in.

Último día no pudimos disfrutar porque nos sacaron de la piscina a las 12 y nos tuvimos q ir. Pudieron limpiar esa piscina temprano antes de abrir las facilidades
