A nice and comfortable apartment. The host was a good communicator and the pool was nice to have.
The neighborhood is not particularly interesting. It is safe but just kind of boring. The historic old city is more interesting for spending time. With Grab or your own car, it is easy to get there.

At corridor way to enter unit no cctv, for safety should have cctv.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom. The location for us was good, near to the Portuguese settlement with several restaurants and about a 2.5km easy walk into the centre of Melaka.
The lobby area is tatty with dirty sofa’s. There is a broken fire door in the corridor that bangs continuously at night when it’s windy.
