It’s cheap and the place is clean. We stayed there for one night since we arrived late and we won’t be able to catch the ferry going to Siquijor. It was a comfortable stay and the location is near the airport and the port. Walking distance (probably 10-15 mins walk) going to the crossing, where you can find places to eat.

the location is so accessible and near the city center
none, the place is so nice although i haven't spent the night due to travel delay but i can't remember of anything that i don't like upon arriving at the place, it was short but awesome stay ;)

Good location
Property manager is unresponsive, the room is nice but it’s not soundproof, there where noisy kids and was not really a peaceful place to stay so we decided to move to another place.
