ParkCentral Birmingham City Centre - near Chinatown - private gated free parking

The location to the centre was good about a 15 minute walk but would not want to walk alone or at night! The apartment was very convenient for a one night stay. Beds comfortable and nice kitchen/ diner even though we didn't use facilities.

Having to pay up front £250 damage deposit which I have never experienced this before. Yes I have given a debit card but never a bank transfer just felt wrong.( Even though it was paid back straight away). Having to arrange an exact time to meet an Uber driver to get the keys seemed strange too! There was no liquid soap in either bathroom which I thought was a basic requirement and quite frustrating ( the dispensers were there just empty). No shower gel/ shampoo which would have been a nice touch too.

The gated parking was excellent, the location was superb, quiet but very close to everything in the centre. Apartment was spacious and well equipped, would certainly stay here again

Good location for our stay , beds comfortable , apartment was nice and clean & spacious .

The curtains in the bedroom are pretty much useless at keeping any light out , almost see through , saw on another review the same thing a year ago, & they obviously haven’t been changed !
