ParkCentral Birmingham City Centre - near Chinatown - private gated free parking

La casa estaba muy bien, mucho espacio y cómoda. Estaba a 8 minutos andando de China Town y Gay Village. Llegar a la casa es fácil y tener aparcamiento en la casa es lo mejor por qué aparcar en la calle es muy difícil. La comunicación ha sido muy buena y rápida y nos aconsejaron muy bien.

No me gustó tener que recoger las llaves en otro lugar y no en la casa. La hora de entrada a las 16:00h me parece muy tarde No me gustó tener que pagar una fianza de 250£ que me han devuelto pero al final por el cambio de moneda de € a £ y ser una transferencia internacional he perdido 10€

we had to collect the keys from a petrol station which is around the corner. no issues. get sent a code and show the occupier and away you go, nice tidy apartment with secure parking. 10 minute walk from the bull ring shopping centre.

The location to the centre was good about a 15 minute walk but would not want to walk alone or at night! The apartment was very convenient for a one night stay. Beds comfortable and nice kitchen/ diner even though we didn't use facilities.

Having to pay up front £250 damage deposit which I have never experienced this before. Yes I have given a debit card but never a bank transfer just felt wrong.( Even though it was paid back straight away). Having to arrange an exact time to meet an Uber driver to get the keys seemed strange too! There was no liquid soap in either bathroom which I thought was a basic requirement and quite frustrating ( the dispensers were there just empty). No shower gel/ shampoo which would have been a nice touch too.

The gated parking was excellent, the location was superb, quiet but very close to everything in the centre. Apartment was spacious and well equipped, would certainly stay here again
