白馬村へ旅行に来たため、こちらへ宿泊させていただきました。期待以上に良かったです。夜遅くの到着にも関わらず、温かく玄関からお迎えしていただき、帰り際も最後までお見送りしてくださいました。立地が良く、スタッフさんが気さくに話しかけてくれたり、すごい優しくて、おかげで快適に過ごせました。まるで、自分の家のように居心地が良く、リラックスして過ごせました。ここのスタッフさんはそういう思いで、おもてなしをしているっていう話を聞きました。
壁には色々な国の人からスタッフさんへのメッセージが付箋に書かれ貼られており、スタッフさんの人柄を感じました。
また機会がありましたら、ぜひご利用させていただきたいと思います。

建物は古いのですが清掃も行き届いていて、快適に過ごせました。オーナーが中国の方でスマホのアプリを通じて会話するのですが、親切丁寧な対応でした。
よくないに当てはまるかどうかわかりませんが、浴室がなくシャワーだけです。
シャワールームも新設されていて、清潔です。
