    We had a pleasant 2 nights staying here. The location is very nice just near the Happo bus terminal, public bath house and Lawson combini. The hotel also has its own onsen room which is a bit small but it's comfy anyway. We love it. They have drinking station each floor which is convenience for us. Staff are nice.

    Title: Perfect Stay in Hakuba We chose the tatami room—spacious and comfortable. We loved the onsen. The staff were extremely friendly and gave us great tips on places to visit in Hakuba. They also provide a free shuttle to Hakuba Station. They offer free-flow coffee and tea, and the rooftop view of the Japan Northern Alps is spectacular. Loved it.

    Excellent services!! Staff were friendly, english speaking mostly. Our room was super clean. Highly recommend
