Pier Point South condos feature a meticulously maintained oceanfront pool, direct beach access, and incredible convenience to all the activities of the beach strip including the ocean pier and park where you can fish, play beach volleyball, or take the kids to enjoy the splash pad. Favorite local eateries, coffee shops, as well as beach rental and beachwear shops are all within short walking distance.
Enjoy ocean and pool views from the open living area and the upstairs master bedroom. Take your favorite cup of coffee out to your private balcony where you can watch the sunrise, this is also the perfect place to enjoy a meal while taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. My sister and I live far apart. I'm in Oklahoma and she lives in Central Florida. We get together about twice a year and that's not enough!!.This strip to St. Augustine Beach was one of our "girl's trips" and it was one of the best. St. Augustine is not a new adventure for either one of us. Growing up in FL, was have been there many times. This was the first time we actually stayed a few days at the beach. The condo we rented from your agency was one of the best we have stayed in. It was comfortable, well-layed out, and beautiful. The view of the ocean was wonderful.
If I am every privileged to visit the St. Augustine Beach in the future, you can bet I will be contacting your agency for accomodations. I will also highly recommend your agency to my friends and family who might be looking for premier accomodations at a reasonable price.

View was fantastic. Location was great. Building was older. Some water damage/mildew on the ceilings. Old dehumidifiers that were full. Smell was not ideal.
