This home is lovely! We stayed here during a time of family sadness while settling our mom’s apartment after her passing and this home provided peace and beauty after long days. It’s well appointed and charming. The location cannot be beat and the beautiful waters and wildlife are amazing!

This trip was very relaxing. The property had everything we needed and sitting on the back porch was so peacefull. The only thing was the location is in the middle of nowhere. Its on the out skirts of Madisonville

I was born and raised in New Orleans and have done all the downtown attractions like music and restaurants so when I come home I tend to choose a VRBO property that exposes you to the laid back natural setting that Louisiana offers which in this case is a lake, a river and a bayou which this property offers all three. Quiet and unassuming..
