About this villa rental
The Space:
Our modern and newly renovated Villa is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. You will find a total of 5 comfortable and spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed with en suite bathroom and TV
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed
- Bedroom 4: Queen size bed
- Bedroom 5: Queen size bed
The heart of this Villa is an open-concept living space that seamlessly blends the living area, dining area, and a fully furnished kitchen with a stylish breakfast island. As you step into the backyard you will find a saltwater pool with deck chairs, a lounge area to relax admiring the panoramic views of the desert mountains, and also a BBQ area. Additionally, there is a second very luminous living area with direct access to the pool.
The Villa’s main features:
- A private backyard with a saltwater pool, jacuzzi and BBQ. ( Please note, the pool includes a jacuzzi section, meaning the pool and jacuzzi are part of the same unit, not separate devices)
- Breathtaking mountain views
- Great location: 5 minutes away from downtown and airport
Services & Common areas:
- There’s free parking on the premises for 2 cars + free street parking.
Other Things to Note:
The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. A lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.
-Pool heating: Upon request, our pool can be heated to a soothing temperature of approximately 83 degrees. Please note that there is an extra fee of $109 per night. To ensure service and that the pool reaches the ideal temperature, you should notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance of the day you want to enjoy the service. The payment must be done prior to the arrival.
- To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our pool cleaner will visit the property on Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM. On the same note, the gardeners will visit on Mondays or Tuesdays between 8am-5pm. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.

Overall, we had a fine time but we were immediately disappointed when we first walked in. The pictures online are deceiving. The home is one of the nicer ones in the neighborhood, which is being generous because the home itself needs some TLC. Quiet neighborhood. The rooms were clean & beds were comfy. The kitchen was missing some necessities such as paper towels, hand, and dish soap. The bathrooms were fine except for the smaller shower was not fully enclosed and would make a wet mess all over the floors after showering, making it unsafe for children. We had to lay towels all over the bathroom floor just to dry it. The garbage on the side of the house appears to be weeks old and overflowing. No shade in the backyard. The pool was a big hit but we had to be creative for shade and hang out under the carport…it was a very hot weekend. The management team was responsive.

Communication in lead up to stay was great, check in was easy and space overall worked well for our group of friends. The pool was really nice and we enjoyed that a lot but some of the other elements of the house and outdoor space had some wear and tear.

We enjoyed our overall stay so much we are planning to make this our Spring Break house rental. The layout of the house and super cozy/comfy beds was handsdown the best qualities. The kids enjoyed the pool, the community is located near Aldib and Sprouts. We would have preferred the table tennis option instead of the pool table but the kids enjoyed it. We were concerned about flying balls (pause lol).

Quick Uber to downtown- great space and wonderful pool and back yard space. Love the special decor and had everything we could need. We will for sure be back.
