- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

The kitchen was spacious, updated beautifully and well stocked with all the necessities plus some!The unit was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The Christmas tree and decor were an added bonus. We appreciate the personal touches in a rental and this unit felt like a home instead of a rental. Thank you.

This unit is very cozy, clean, with comfortable beds. Very well stocked to cook. The linens are nice and it comes with an air mattress in the unit. Plenty of blankets and additional basic supplies (dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc.)
