Here guests can share delicious homecooked meals from the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, and cookware.
This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and tv.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed.

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- The home is not pet friendly.
- The home has 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The community is nonsmoking inside or outside. This is strictly enforced.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Great location. We visited SDC, White Water and a few theatres. Quiet and clean condo. We would definitely stay here again.
