"Jade" is a 2-room apartment of 40 m2 situated on the 1st floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features 1 bedroom equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and restful sleeping space. The living and dining area is furnished with a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing additional sleeping arrangements when needed. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 1 induction hot plate, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available as an extra. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and a separate WC. A south-facing and west-facing balcony of 13 m2 extends the living space outdoors and is furnished with terrace furniture for your comfort.
