About this house rental
From January to August 2021 our project took shape and came to life:
We built our house all in wood, in the shade of the majestic oaks and pines,
from which you can hear the ocean in the distance on days of strong swell.
To perpetuate this adventure, we have chosen to open Lo Palancot to welcome holidaymakers, to share with them this place intimately associated with many good times.
It's up to you to discover it! Come and spend a weekend, a holiday or a stay, with family or friends, to recharge your batteries, find yourself and put the world to rights.
The house is located on 1500m² of private fenced land, in a quiet area between the town center and the forest, Lo Palancot welcomes you comfortably in its 90m² furnished on one level and easy to live in. The large open living room opens onto the covered terrace facing south-east.
The wild garden with trees invites you to play, the covered terrace encourages aperitifs and idleness.
The cycle path that passes at the end of the street allows you to reach the beach in complete serenity or to explore the network of Landes tracks.
Whether you are sporty or contemplative, limitless spaces and secret nature will satisfy your desire for freedom.
The town of Lit-et-Mixe welcomes its visitors with kindness, and has all the services and local shops.
You can also take advantage of your stay to explore and discover the Landes lakes, gastronomy, and towns of character: Hossegor, Capbreton, Dax, Arcachon, Bayonne, Biarritz, the Basque Country, ...
