Majestic Rialto House by Wonderful Italy

Location was fantastic, a short walk from many attractions. One thing to note is there are many stairs to navigate to

Stayed 4 nights. Amazing location for very fair price, but the building was old and property not maintained well (i wouldnt call it dirty, just old). Below are cons but i still give it overall 4 star for cost benefit (being a guy who is not over-concerned with old buildings). Apartment came with washer and dryer that was helpful. -Stench in the entrance that came up to 1st flootr bedroom. -1st floor bedroom not comfortable in general due to low ceiling. As a family with 2 small kids, we all slept in the 3rd floor bedroom (much more comfortable) with one large bed and 1 small bed with no problem. May not be ideal for a group needing 2 separate bedrooms. -Several lights not working (but not a major issue). -One of the shower was clogged so everyone used the other shower. -Lots of stairs. -a bit loud at nigt from a bar nearby, but it closes around midnight. - lacking cups/glasses. Other utensils were there.
