Excellent location, close to the foreshore and patrolled swimming areas on the beach, property very easy to access. Living area, kitchen and balcony was stunning with immediate views of the beach. Bathrooms were clean. Parking was good its a tricky driveway and our car did scrape but we managed, was easy to find and access, having parking was a benefit as could just walk across the road to the beach at a moments notice.

Carpet was filthy, we wore shoes in the house to prevent our feet getting dirty. Throw rug on the couch was crusty and has never been cleaned (why even have it? Either throw it away or at-least clean it) Both shower fittings were broken and could use replacing. Rear lane next to the property is loud didn't get a decent sleep. Clean the carpet, fix the shower fittings, throw out the grotty throw blanket thing on the couch and the place would be way better.
