Room was spacious, perfectly clean, comfortable, nicely designed.
A view from the windows from 56th floor was stunning. Very comfortable beds.
Check-in was very quick, and the staff at reception was helpful.
Valet service was lightning fast and convenient at both leaving and collecting car back.

The views were amazing. Close to the sphere which was great!! It was quiet and a perfect hotel with kids no casino floor to deal with. Comfortable seating in the room so you didn't have to sit on the beds. Extremely comfortable beds, best sleep ever! Highly recommend!!
The toilet paper holder was broken and leaning the wrong way so the paper roll wants to fall off. Towels could've been bigger. A few lights were burned out in bathroom.

Die Lage und vor allem der Umgang mit dem Personal.
Leider sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ist zu merken das teilweise hochwertige Materialien verwendet wurden.

Refrigerator didn't work, all our meats and cheeses were ruined. Couldn't get help as it is a private owner. Then booking said it woudl be repaired Friday... not! Very surprised for a Trump hotel. The microwave had the wrong plate to match the carousel, so clunked when used. The fan filter was filthy and kept falling. Very disappointed!
