Ausstattung verbesserungswürdig, Toaster defekt, Stühle alt defekt, Couch entspricht nicht Standard, Teppich dreckig, kein Geschirrspüler.. Balkon nicht einladend, hier ist mit wenig Aufwand mehr „rauszuholen“
