Large Chalet with soussol in the High Vosges

Enjoy a cozy stay in our spacious Alpine chalet nestled against the High Vosges, 8 km above Gérardmer—all the pleasures of tourism, but none of the hassles!! This comfortable home is heated by two heat pumps that distribute warmth to the floors of the basement and first floor.
All rooms above the basement feature exposed wooden beams, giving them a charming ambiance. There’s also a cozy wood-burning stove in the living room. Each bedroom has an additional electric heater. All windows are double-glazed. If desired, they can be shaded using the wooden shutters. TV and radio are provided. Cable TV via a Canaldigitaal satellite dish. Spacious living area with an open kitchen featuring a small bar. All kitchen appliances are provided. The living room opens onto a large south-facing balcony (12 m). Part of the balcony (8 m on the west side) is covered. The balcony also provides access to the large garden, which features a swimming pool. There is also a large picnic table and a concrete BBQ. On the second floor, the mezzanine provides access to a second balcony.
There is a restroom on every floor. The property has a spacious driveway with ample parking.
