About this cottage rental
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage. It is situated on a small hill, right in town. It is close to Mammoth Spring State Park, Spring River, and area restaurants. But it also has a secluded feel due to the tall privacy fence and shrubbery. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the split level front porch or bask in ambient warmth of the fire pit in the backyard. This cottage is well appointed with memory foam mattress toppers, smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room & a coffee bar with full size coffee maker and free coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking essentials, a microwave, toaster, wine opener, and dishware. The house also comes with a full size washer and dryer (electric). Pets and Events are allowed are a per case basis. Message for more information on that.

We drove from Michigan for a funeral celebration at Mammoth Springs pavilion it was a nice stay. The house had everything we needed but as we were all women, we were a little uneasy because the window in the sunroom by the washer and dryer would not lock. We reached out to the property managers and they said they would be by the next day to fix it, but it never got fixed. Overall, I would give this a 10 out of 10 rating though.

We were traveling through the area. Short stay but the area is really nice and the house has everything you would need and more.
