Beach House with Garden

This bright, recently renovated apartment, equipped with every comfort, is located on the first floor of a two-story villa surrounded by a large, fully equipped garden (showers, barbecue, small table) with direct access to the beach.
The apartment is accessed via a flight of stairs with a security gate that encloses the ocean-facing terrace (see photo).
Inside, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds), a bathroom with a shower, and a second terrace overlooking the garden at the entrance to the house.
There is also a small attic space that is very useful as a storage area and a second bathroom without a shower. The apartment features new furnishings and window frames, complete with new mosquito screens on every window, and air conditioning located only in the living area, which cools the entire apartment.
The terraces are equipped with lounge chairs, tables, and an automated awning.
The garden is shared with the ground-floor tenants (or the owners, if present) and is equipped with showers for after a day at the beach and a barbecue.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people plus a small child who sleeps in a crib, subject to prior agreement with the owners.
The location is quiet, ideal for families.
Guest Access
Check-in and check-out times and procedures:

Check-in at 4:00 PM, subject to prior arrangement with the owners for key pickup.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
During check-in, a valid ID will be required for each guest, and the
tourist tax must be paid.

Other things to keep in mind
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments;
- Pets are allowed only if previously agreed upon;
- Check-in and check-out times: check-in from 4:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.
- Accommodations are limited to a maximum of 4 adults plus one infant (up to 2 years old).
