About this apartment rental
The property is an apartment of about 60 square meters with a splendid terrace overlooking the sea which is only 30 meters from the house; it is located in a garden (shared with another apartment) consisting of a pine forest and access to the house through an external staircase. The house consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bedroom with large closets, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with all the accessories, a living room with a large table with TV with sky decoder (but without season ticket) a terrace with a table for lunch and dinner outside.
The house is equipped with a comfortable outdoor shower with hot water as well as a built-in barbecue.
The beach accessed from my house is sandy and the sea degrades slowly so it is very suitable for families even with small children.
Also just 10 minutes from my house you can reach the protected oasis of the famous and beautiful beaches of Bidderosa, Berchidda and Sa Curcurica where you will find yourself immersed in a unique landscape in Sardinia. 10 km from Calaliberotto you can reach the lively town of Orosei with its characteristic restaurants and ice cream parlors.

Special for families with little kids, because in the Apartment are two well-bering Kids rooms and in the middle is the Master bedroom for the parents. A few steps next to the white-sandy beach and different beautiful lagons.

Steps to a rocky beach with a few sandy shores on both sides offers enough options to occupy our first three days :-)
Though we compromise on space and the lack of WiFi, Paolo’s flat is tidy and functional with espresso machine and toaster, etc. We love the comfy chairs on the balcony with sweeping sea view. A pity though it’s very tight to seat two adults and three children. For that matter, we left our washings downstairs in the communal area. There’s also a washing line between two trees so plenty of space and very handy to air dry beach towels. We could also store beach equipment in the outdoor storage cabinet next to the outdoor showers and BBQ pit. Be mindful though there’s a lot of mosquitoes in the front garden and we had to use mosquito repellent each time we sit on the balcony.
The only bathroom in the flat is very small hence not ideal for five people.
Communication was tricky due to language barrier but Paolo’s relatives who live downstairs were very friendly so it wasn’t an issue when we needed help with a temperamental washing machine.
